Thanks mate gets fed hikari cichlid gold, bio gold, cichlid staple algae wafers hikari food sticks, nls cichlid pellets, bloodworms and brine shrimp one a week and some peas and zucchini good variety lol

when i was new here, i was told that cichlids don't have a cock, it's called a vent whether it's on a male or female.

hump=cichlid

not about venting or cocks, but venting is used to determine the sex

a kok or nuchal hump is the bump that some male cichlids get on the top of there head... venting is to sex the fish. its 2 differant things.

ohhh, ok i get it lol. i was told the hump on the head isn't always accurate at determining the sex either because females can get a hump too.
