GT sex help

I can't tell what these 2 are and I have been curious to know for a couple of months now so maybe one of you gurus here can tell me what these guys are. Their somewhere between 3 and 4 inches and bicker constantly when they find a way around my aqua fence.

yup both female, slight sloping head and round body
males are more slender and have more orange
