GT sexing - male or female?

To me, this looks to be female, the unpaired fins are very rounded, which is a female trait.
I also "don't see" the prominent streaks in the dorsal that are common in males.
I tried to edit your pick to bring these trait out.
Although the one below, is a different species of Andinoacara, note the common male Andinoacara traits of more pointed dorsal, and more color in the fin.
