I have my current GT in a 29 gallon for now as my 55 i had to leave behind when i moved. I a, going to be able to afford a nice 55 gal setup in about a month or 2 and i was wondering if i should get a male right now or when i upgrade?? Im not sure if the 29 is enough for the even the smaller GT's because i think they will be about 3" by the time i get a new tank.

Thanks :D

To breed them at the fully grown adult size I'd put them in a 75gal just to be safe, not much more then a 55gal but well worth the bigger tank footprint(IMO for cichlids).
