Sorry for the crappy cell pics but I was hoping that someone could tell me if this is septicemia or if it could just be damage from a spaz out he had during a water change the other day. I did the water change two days ago and noticed it yesterday. There looks to be blood in the rays of the fin and what I could best describe as his armpit right around the base of the fin.
