GT's eye filling with blood

i just added a 12" gold saum to the 300g tank and the 7" red devil was harassing it. it took a couple of good bites one hit the top of the eye, now its eye ball is half full of blood. i want to know will it keep its sight and is this something that should heal on its own .

I've had that happen to my red devil once...it went away. I think he bumped his eye somewhere in the tank dont worry about it. It should heal by itself.

Ouch, IDK if it'll heal, but did you separate them already?

it happened on the first hit everyone seems to have settled down for now.
