Guapotes

I already have a thread out there just introducing myself and giving a little background. Today is my first time posting. Already an adict. Just wanted to narrow it down to Guapotes on this thread. I know there are many threads out there on Dovii and Jags just wanted some first hand experience feedback.... this is not limited to Dovii and Jags. I have researched the s**t out of them and know what they require. Just want to hear from the experienced. I have a pair of Jags and my newest purchase of 4 Dovii. The Guapotes are my new focus and I love em. Would you all post pics of your's along with tank shots, tank sizes, how long you have had the fish, how old they are to the best of your knowledge and what their diets are. Any comments are welcomed. Love MFK and the wealth of info. Hear are photos of mine....glad to be posting now.

I love the Guapotes! I had a nice pair of jags that i traded for a pair of citrinellus. I have a bunch of dovii. Here is a pic of one of my males.


Had him since the summer time and has put on some size. He is about 9in and colorful. He is such a glassbanger. I feed him some market shrimp, krill and new life spectrum pellets. I also have a 11.5in male in my big tank.

Heres mine

Taken last November 18, Male is about 5 inches , tank is 48 x 22 x 22. Fed exclusively on live foods.
