It's been a long time getting a small polypterid(4"). Decided to rekindle that feeling yesterday. I'll start a progression on this fella/gal. Didn't think I'd want a CB endli again but the markings, flat head shape, and non bug eyes made me do it, lol.... it's got a 75 gallon to his/her self.

She’s so pretty. Glad she’s eating tIlapia. Will be interesting to watch the patterns as she grows :)
 
80 day update. Gucci Ma'am gonna be a semi shortbody right? 2" growth so far.

Had difficulty the first month to get her on various pellets as a staple (0.5" growth).

2nd month i gave up and fed exclusively cut tilapia. Which she is taking and growing at her fastest (1.5").

What y'all think that she's a semi shortbody?
