I have seen this fish advertised near me and I like the look of him, I'm no Snakehead expert so I searched for his profile on here but couldn't find anything.

Here is the listing:

http://www.aquarist-classifieds.co.uk/php/detail51_228567.php

The owners seem to think he is pretty tame, can anyone give me any info on this bad boy? Max size, best diet, water requirements etc?

Thanks in advance!

100% NOT a snakehead aka channa....looks like a gobie,,, cant remember the name, from colombia...

Ophieleotris aporos is not a snakehead; it is a sleeper goby. Wild fish are found in fresh, brackish, and marine environments. Like most other sleeper gobies, your best bet is to keep it at SG 1.005, provide plenty of hiding places, and keep away from fish so small they might be swallowed. Sleepers tend to be territorial.
