Guess this cichlid

I just bought two pairs of these guys and to me, they dont look like they should. meaning, where's the color? They are 4.5". Im not saying that they were improperly Id'd when sold to me but it does happen. And i bought these from a reputable guy. So just curious to what everyone thinks. And ill let you all know what they were bought as when someone guess's.

I bought 4 RTM's, but they kinda look like reg. Mota's. now it is my first expirience with them so im gonna go with what the vendor said. they dont show any red yet. they do have a resilliant gold/yellow color thou and are settling in great.
ok, Im a rook when it comes to rtm's.LOL. i just did some research and found alot of pics that look exactly like mine color and all. so since its my first with these guys im gonna have fun when do they start showing reds? what size are they able to breed? And ill get some more pics up when i get them.
