Probably the Poly section
ok so i was looking for a fish that my mom wants in her classroom tank and stumbled around a very rare find. here are some hints:
they are from mexico
they are probably the only fish that you can keep that natually live with the nasy axolotl salamanders
no matter what the tank is they look cool:drool:
they have a physical defformity
;)

yup and as easy as a catfish to feed. drop the food in the tank and they're onto to it faster than any other fish. nice find if this it.

ya thats it, and yes i meant nasty axolotl, my friend spent 50$ on a 7" black axolotl, and it killed all of his fish. and they are near impossible to find here

That's why nearly every axolotl profile reads that axolotls should not be housed with fish. If simple research was done, the mistake would have been avoided. It's not the axolotl's fault, it is your friend's fault.

i agree 100% what kind of fish was it? im assuming tropical which would have been bad in the first place as axolotls need water under 75 degrees. preferably 52 to 70 degree water. the warm water speeds up their metabolism and they eat alot more and eventually it will stress them out and they die. you arent supposed to keep fish with them because the fish will nip at their gills and can hurt them. and of course its gonna eat the fish. THEY EAT FISH. axo's are awesome pets. but i would never recommend keeping fish with them.

ya it ate a dojo loach and some fancy goldfish, coldwater of course. i will post a link. and ya i wouldnt house axos with anything but maybe theese guys, but thats just me.
