Can anyone give me any pointers on providing a varied and balanced diet for my Gulper Catfish?
Feeders are not really an option, as I dislike them and most shops in the UK don't sell them.
I have been feeding them on cooked frozen prawn but I read that this should only consist of 25% of their diet.
I read that Tilapia, rainbow trout, Atlantic mackerel, coley and cockles are some examples of thiaminase-free foods that are good but Prawns, mussels, mullet, herring and tuna are examples of fish and seafood that contain thiaminase and are best used sparingly.
Are RAW prawns better than frozen too, and what foods that can be store brought at reasonable prices can be fed to the Gulpers?

ps. they are being fed once a week, how much should they be fed, cos they would eat forever if I let them.
