I just want to do a price check on gulper catfish in 2012, because they are all over the place (I don't want to get rip off)

2008 ~ $350+ each

2010 ~ $200 each

2011 ~ $80 each

2012 ~ ???

How much would you pay for a 5.5"?

someone offered me a 5.5" gulper cat for $95, good deal?

Sounds like good deal to me. One of the lfs has a 8-9" for $165

Sounds in the ballpark from my vague recollections. What is the source of your price info as a function of years? Local or all-Canada and US?

what lps in Toronto?
 
I've been hunting for a deal on a Gulper for months. No one has them locally, and the cheapest I can find online was/is $135 (and that DOESN'T include the $35-$45 shipping). If I could get one for under $100, I would take it on the spot.
 
I am very jealous and bitter right now.... Otherwise, congrats on the awesome fish!
