Gulper Catfish question

Tomorrow I will be a new owner to 3 gulpers.

My questions are: do they prefer caves to hide / chill in or will they be okay laying under driftwood covered with fake plants (swapping with real plants soon)
Will they each or swallow another fellow gulper?

I used to give mine who was around 9-10" a clay pipe to hide in with some bogwood & plastic plants for cover. He didnt use it much though lol.

they hate light if u gona have lighting have good cover for them. dont put any tank mates they will devour them

As said, good cover, but space to swimm.

They do not eat their species.
