Gulper feeding problem

I have four gulpers about 4 inches. I recently got then off of live. I'm feeding them prawns and shrimps. My problem is two of them are eating like pigs while the other two haven't eaten in a few days. I've tried hand feeding but they won't take it. Any ideas or info would help(I've kept gulpers before and they always eat anything I put in my tank, also water Params are perfect).
