Gulper figure 8 puffers Cohab

Even if you do try to keep the puffer in fresh (not a gret plan), the cats will still eat or at least try to eat them. Get two tanks if you must have both fish.

I use to have figure 8s in a brackish tank they were 4 inches each, from what I saw puffed up or not your gulpers would destroy them. I don't know of really anything other than another gulper living with them. I've been searching and can't find anything

Good point. It is NEVER a good idea to put any puffer in a situation where it might be forced to puff. If a puffer puffs, it endangers the puffer, and the fish that attacked/swallowed it. Definate no, sorry.

Here is what will happen..

1. puffers nip at gulper if they don't get ate first.
2. gulper eats puffers.
3. gulper dies cuz puffers are poisonous.

Not a good I idea to house them together.
Gulpers can eat something bigger than them selves, check youtube.com its impressive!
