can gulper cats live on gravel, i have three coming tuesday and i already have gravel down inm the tank, and its been running for like a year now. would they be fine on that type of substrate

depends on how u feeding them. if you hand feed them they shuld be okay but if you dont they will prolly accidentally swallow the gravel when eating off the floor

they can perfectly well be kept on gravel. They will spit out, or pass, any piece of gravel they accidentally swallow.

I keep mine in gravel.

i feed mine cooked mussels and shrimp, i use to feed him goldfish but didnt want to introduce disease in the tank
