Gulper

Im thinking about getting a Gulper and i was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to feed one. Im thinking of putting 1 in a 20 gallon with a rena filstar xp3. Do you think i can get away without using a heater?

I know the Filstar would be enough for filtration because i used it with my 8 inch turtle. That fool would tear his prey to pieces. I also heard that Gulpers have big turds.

i have a heater but its for up to 10 gallons and i have a 20 gallon tank. will this work?

Get a heater. its not worth risking losing an expensive fish like a gulper.

I hand feed mine shrimp, it takes them awhile to get use to you but they will. They need 80F, so I would get a heater. Their addictive I have 2 I know someone who has 8. Mine are in a 30 with the xp3 and ac110. They seem to stick together so 2 seems better than 1.
