Gunk in Pond

Does anyone have a method for cleaning the muck and dirt out of their pond? I just put this in last summer and I want to clean all of it out and my syphon doesn’t seem to lift the heavier stuff. You can see in the picture that the water is clean, just can’t seem to get the crap that is hanging out in the substrate. I was thinking a pump could provide the suction I need if I attach it to my syphon. Any help would be appreciated.

My suggestion is a bit manual but you can use something like the below I made for myself.

You blow at the muck with the large pipette to lift it up and at the same time the suction of the siphon will immediately pick it up so the detritus doesn't go into the water column making a mess.
