Guppy (cull) for my ringtail pike cichlid

Wow and I thought my flowerhorn at $700 was an expensive fish lol never had a Amazon red tail but I have had an asain red tail cat once and he was an extremely aggressive cat. He killed my channel cat and bumble bee cat along with my albino millennium rainbow fish and polar parrot and plenty of convicts. And he tried to kill my bumble bee cichlid along with both of my American flathead cats.
You would never believe how much serious koi keepers spend that participate in competitions. I believe an amateur koi costs around $10k and a high quality one will run you $100k but don’t quote me as I can’t remember where I got those numbers from.

Lol and I always thought getting into discus was expensive. I'd love to start a discus breeding setup but 1. I have hard water 2. Even at only 2 inches in size they cost $100 a pop and 3. Everything I have would either kill them or be food to them

I've also wanted to get into discus however the initial cost is prohibiting me from doing so and the fear that has been instilled by everyone saying how hard they are to keep. Sometime in the future though, sometime when I'm more established. Speaking of breeding when I'm moving into a new fishroom I'm going to be focusing on breeding plecos. Gonna start easy with some bristlenose and whatnot.

I tried breeding bristlenose once but the female I had hated the male. It sucked too because I could see she was ready to breed but the male refused to go near her.
