Gut Loading food

I'm a actually believer of gut loading ,I do this to my meal worms,feeders, and crickets!! This is one of my ways to get my fish to be pellet trained!! I assume the fish/worms/crickets would taste like certain pellets/food you feed it. Just wanted to hear your guys opinions about gut loading !! Is there any other tricks ??

crush the pellet and feed it to ur feeder since the feeder u bought in LFS should be quarantine feel days and should be hungry enough so they will take the crushed pellet and for mealworm u know insert is brainless so would eat anythings and gutload them for 3 days thn feed it to ur fishbut this trick should not sucess if u really wanna train ur fish to take pellet just starve them for a week they will accept it

Well i use to get a frozen silverside and split it down the middle and stuff it with pellets then squeeze it shut and feed it to my bass eventually i would just put less and less silverside until he would hit cause of the smell an end up with a mouth full of pellets too
