what do you guys use when you gut load your food. and i heard people soak frozen food in something too? whats the deal?

Gut loading is pretty much just a way to get your fish to eat pellets without them knowing it. Give your feeders all they can eat for two days prior to the goldfish carnage to maximize your monsters nutrition.
