What is the best thing to gut load crickets on? I want to beef up my fish and I have been feeding them crickets and was wondering what is the best thing to feed them?

I feed mine a mix of tetramin color flake fish food, purina cat chow, spirolina, nori, bonita flakes, and sometimes repti-cal. Seems to work.

Ive also seen things sold at shops that contain a green cubed jelly like substance, which claims to gut load them and at the same time provide all the water that the crickets need, that way no need to mess with water. Ive also heard that carrots work well.

Bonito flakes... thats a new one. What do you have that for? Miso soup? Or just feeding crickets?
