Guyana Occel, crazy spangles

Recently moved into the big tanks. About 8 to 9 inches long. really starting to get a lot of spangling. Is this normal for a Guyana Occel??

Damn that fish is pimp. I love these spangled occels. This might be one of the best looking ones ive seen.
