Raising the temperature speeds up the ich lifecycle so that it can be killed by any medication that you put in there. What temperature did you raise it to? Peacock bass can tolerate higher temperatures than the ich itself, so a temperature of 86-87*F will help kill the parasite. It will take a while though (I would do no less than a week), and you may see more spots before the ich dies off.

i raised the temp to 86*F and the ich is now noticeable.it become bigger..and the bass are more active.i also noticed before the orino are gasping for air(gills move fast and much wider)now they look fine..but the spot on one orino is still the same.hope by the follwing days they will be ok.

As what they said, even adding some salt into the tank will help the cause as well. Don't use the same nets In this hospital tank to use in others, white spot is contiguous and can spread even with 1 drop of water

It will get worse before it gets better that's part of the cycle. Raise the temperature 89°F and plenty of oxygen!A little bit of salt won't hurt.
