im just wonderin if i got the right stuffs together... ^^

so guys, here's a summary..

i have a 4x1.5x1.5 tank , roughly around 75gals

2x silver arowanas 6"

1x clownknife 6"

2x shrimbunkins(gold fish)

oh,by the way, i think the 2 silvers i have are getting along... just a little fight here and there but no damaged scales or sorts...

i added the shimbunkins so the 2 arowanas will have a "target fish" so they would show less agression to each other.(read that up sumwhere on the net)

i added the knife coz it looks cool!

i know sometime soon the aro's will get big they wouldnt fit.. the family is already thinkin bout that...

is this any good?? plss give your comment guys!!! thanx in advance!!

and oh,by the way.. im glad i found a site like this where i can ask all you guys about these stuffs!!:headbang2

Well if you got the silvers this is what you can expect

In 6 months they'll be at least 12-14" long. Your 75g (which is actually 67g) is getting very crowded.

In 9 months the aros will be 15-18" long and too big for the 75g and at this time they need to be moved into at least a 6' x 2' x 2' 180g tank

Your Aros will reach the 24" mark in 12 to 18 months, at this point there growth will slow, they will be fine in a 180g for a couple more years but you will need to start figuring where you are gonna place the 8' x 3' x 2' tank in your house, this is the size tank those two aros will need.

BTW get rid of the other fish, until you have a larger tank.

that ck is going to grow just as fast and as large as the aros as well. if i were you id get rid of one aro, they might not fight now but they are still small. when they get bigger you might have aggresion issues. get atleast a 125 now and start saving for a monster tank.

You are definitely going to need to get a bigger tank. Both for the Knife and aros.

Bigger is bettter. The question is, where will you put it?

i know sometime soon the aro's will get big they wouldnt fit

Sometime VERY soon.

My arow went from 5" to 10" in barely 2 months. You're gonna have a lot on your hands if you don't find a bigger tank very soon.
Clown knifes also grow at a very fast rate.

Get the goldfish out of the tank, they don't belong in a tropical tank and all they're doing is adding excess bioload for no good reason.

What size tank are you planning on upgrading to when they outgrow the 75g? What size tank are you planning on upgrading to for their permanent residence?
