so, open question looking for a realistic answer. if you had a chance to get a tattoo from dave brockie (oderus urungus) what would it be and where? keep in mind it can't be public (nothing above the neck, or below the elbow) and backs out. Think simple as were talking about minimal previous tattoo experience and time is short, maybe an hour, two tops. shoot your ideas.

Really all depends on what your preference is...it is going to be on your body forever. I have 6 tats, all my own designs. Find something that has deep meaning to you, otherwise it is just some scribbles on your body.

I have many tats also, my designs, and they all me something to me. Like said before it is there forever and I wouldn't suggest getting your first one in a place everyone can see in the event you don't like it later down the road.

no worries there, this is not my first by far, this is more that i have the chance to have someone in the music industry i've liked for many years do some ink. im looking for something gwar themed for him to do. my entire back is done and part of my left calf. looking for gwar themed ideas mainly

I'm probably too late but I've always liked the look of the character "Balsac Jaws of Death". If it were me I'd get a tat of his helmet or something.

It's been a while since I've seen GWAR. A friend of mine actually helps design their sets. I was suppose to meet them last year when they were in Philly but I didn't make it. Good luck with the tattoo!

not a bad idea, i think id feel bad asking oderus to do balsac though

Thank god you posted that pic! I had no idea what GWAR was! LOL

One of my artist tattooed Casey Orr (Beefcake the Mighty) from GWAR a while ago when they were down in South Florida when I lived further South. He even gave 'em his rad headgear which is up on one of the walls at the shop. That helmet is HUGE, lol. Love seeing GWAR live. Always fun. Besides that though, as far as the tattoo idea, do whatever you want. I wouldn't look for tattoo advice on a fishkeeping website. :P Of course I wouldn't be tattooed by a "mediocre" tattoo artist either, but I understand the novelty part of it so enjoy it.
