Came in as a "zebra knife". I went to get it assuming it was a gymnotus Pedanopterus. I am told it is wild. It kinda looks like a gymnotus javari. I am not a pro knife guy when it comes to these oddballs. I have only ever seen one zebra in person before.20170909_204421.jpg 20170909_204513.jpg 20170909_204531.jpg 20170909_204630.jpg 20170909_204635.jpg

Looks javari. Nice oddball knife pick up.

Thanks for the confirm. Any info on the javari? Should I go with the same care/max size as the penanopters?

Same care as panopterus.

Cool thanks

Update...

Doing well. Eating bloodworms and I have seen it grab a flake or pellet on occasion. Comes out to feed no matter the light. Not agressive toward any tankmate either. Even picks visible hides once and a while. Very pleased with this knife.
