I found 2 transparent fangs in my tank. So I guess the armatus is changing its tooth. But currently there's one fang slightly bent inwards. What's happening ? Is it shedding again or ? It looks like the fang is poking its mouth and unable to close it.

It looks as if your armatus has been bumping into something which could be related to the one fang being bent inward. It is normal for their teeth to almost constantly shed and get knocked crooked....or out lol. It's best to just leave it alone to right itself.
Here are some old sheddings from my long departed armatus.

Yes. You're right. It keep bang on against the tank. Which causes a wound on it. And the fang was bent inwards it seems hard for him to close his mouth.

That fang will either straighten or eventually fall out

Be carefull with medications, keeping the tank and water cleean should be good enough. The important thing is that the armatus stops banging it's snout.
