H. carpintis 'chairel' growth rate?

How quickly will these guys grow? I currently have 6 from Rapps. All are right around an inch in length. A couple might not even be touching that, lol. But they transported and acclimated well thanks to Jeff's great communication and packaging.

If you're in Jersey, can't you find LFS there that carry stock from Rapps or just have it shipped via ground from him on the cheap?

Got mine from a guy from the gcca (Greater Chicago Cichlid Assn), thought he mentioned he got the parents from Don Conkel.
