Trying to find some info on this fish. Not too much I could find on here. I'm just curious because I went to my LFS today for some ph 7.0 and they had one about 5.5" there. Very beautiful fish but damn they wanted 99$ for it. They do tend to get rare fish from time to time. Also had 2 Flowerhorns about 6" each. They weren't the typical red dragons that i see alot. I think one was King Kamalau or something like that. They were pretty as well but they were asking 200 and 230$ for these. I will try to get pics sometime this week.

I had a group of three. Largest killed the two smallest and then I got rid of it when I moved. Treat it like any other Herichthys. Pretty hardy and decently aggressive. Beautiful fish when larger. $99 is pretty spendy. I got all three of mine for like $30 at 2".
