How times change, I actually tried to break the glass, it is heavy plastic.

Inside the 60 watt walmart. LED is a small constant current 5.8 volt 9 watt. transformer. That was easy to extract.

I just tested it with 3 watt leds, of blue, red and white.
I have a dead spot were my Led fixture can't reach. So I am building a micro 9 watt. 2" fixture. That will cover the dead spot.
I grow algae inside my tank that my African mbuna graze on.


The white needs to be green. I am a reef addict that can't afford to buy salt.
