I'm new to convicts and i purchased 5 all at once (2 Male and 3 female) in a 20 gallon long. Well, after about 10 days, i woke up this morning and there were only 3 (2 females and 1 male). Can anyone explain? There are alot of hiding spots in this tank. Is the other female next?

Convicts are aggressive. A 20g tank with 2 males and 3 females will ultimately be a death match.
Keep you're eyes on the remaining that you have. When you notice 2 of the remaining staying together all of the time that means that they paired off. Like a boyfriend/girlfriend.
REMOVE the rest of them from the 20g or they too will be killed over time.

I seem to remember you have a similar thread a few days ago - when all your cons were still alive - that got at least a dozen responses, ALL of them saying remove all but one pair, or all the rest will be killed or at least badly beaten?? The same advice is still true - a 20 long is big enough for one pair of cons, they are really aggressive. Hopefully you follow the advice this time and remove the other female before she is next to go.
