Awhile back I applied for a volunteer position at the New England Aquarium and today I went in for my first interview. The interview went well and after I got to look around behind the scenes in the freshwater gallery. I got to see them feeding the anacondas and I got to feed the salmon. All around it was an awesome experience seeing all the fish they had off display (a few electric eels, lots of lake victorian cichlids, tons of true parrots, and more) hopefully I will get to go in for another interview. I would have taken pictures but I felt that it would have been a weird thing to do during an interview.
