haemorrhagic septicaemia

Hi all!
One of my tanks has 20 angels in and 2 of them recently started showing the red lines in the fins and just being really lethargic, after conferring with a dude who knows his stuff i found it is haemorrhagic septicaemia..
I want to treat with amoxicillin but i can't find the dosage that i'm supposed to use..
Any help would be much appreciated!

if it's VHS (viral hemorrhagic septicemia) an antibiotic won't work. But virus is the key word to the equation.

just checked with my colleague.. It's not VHS, no viral there
