i did mean specifically for FH's, but i answered my own question. i found a steal on powerglo's and aquaglo's and found that a combination of the 2 brought out the best pearl blues, and deep reds of the fh's.

forgot the name, but the one with 6800k is the best for FHs hands down. I believe it's life-glo but don't count me on that, just get the one with 6800k.

i use lifeglo2 and they are good. i believe that is the one that jp is trying to remember because it is 6800k.
