will a double linear 48" hagen glo fixture be sufficient lighting to grow a variety of plants on a 5'-18"-2' 100 gallon aquarium? will co2 injections be neccesary? and which system would be better the hagen or one of these http://www.specialty-lights.com/960100.html all opinions appreciated

Hagen's lights are very good. A single dual fixture will not be enough for high light on a tank that deep. Look to get at least 4 HO T5s over it.

okay thanx for the input so if i got only one fixture i could grow low light plants and shouldn't inject co2? and does anyone hav experience with the ho t5 tek light system?
