i bought the hagen t5 glo ho. i got the powerglow bulbs and they are 18000k. will my plants do alright for say 3 weeks whilst the petshop gets in some 6700k's?

You may expect some burning of the leaves or holes appearing. This has happened to me when I switched from 6,500K to 10,000K. In a healthy setup, if the plants are damage, should heal pretty quick.
no i get that but 18000k is not good fer plnt growth what im asking is will they be able to survive for say 2-3 weeks with 18000k? then i get the 6700k's
thats a good question. bump. i just got a 48'' glo system for my 75g. its awsome. i have the 6700k bulbs though.
The only plant that will do really well is the java fern. The rest may grow a little, but you shouldn't expect fast growth.
