I was lookin at my native inverts yank and watchin the new clams (the tank's entirely populated by clams) burrow into the sand. As im watchin, my bro comes up to me, looks into the tank, and asks me if im g*y or something... I ask why he asked that and he proceeds to tell me how he thinks that the clam siphons look like male genitals...
That made me laugh....

Hahaha my mom drinks (she DRINKS) and she lived with us for awhile. She told me my apple snails' (they are about the size of tennis balls) siphons made them look like aliens! She told me they were aliens observing us! Luckily, google took care of her worries.

I took a clam out of the tank for a sec (needed to be moved or it wouldve ben on top of one that was already buried)and it shot my bro in the face with a stream of water from its siphon... Payback lol

Yeah these clams are fun that way. Theyre labeled as steamer or softshell clams in grocery stores but i find them twice as big as the ones in stores.
I used one to annoy one of my cousins at the beach once... Gave it to him and told jim it was a rock, then it shot his chest lol.
