Coming back from North america i had to give up a triops egg packet because i bought it in arizona and Hawaii is paranoid about illegal/invasive species...

Then i pointed out that they sell that same brand of Triops as souvenirs in the hawaiian airport... they still had to take it away.

justify this any way you want... its still makes me wanna break linda's man face...

Shes gonna tax, ferlough, and cut state employees even more id love make her have a face reconstruction after she hikes the medical tax...

Well it was stupid on my part, i was holding it reading the back while on the plane and the stewardess told me i had to declare it. I really wasn't expecting to have to give it up.

I wonder though, i kinda wish the little boy got sentenced to the written consiquence for reality purposes because it would be on the news saying "6 year old boy gets beaten by the HDA and sentenced to one year in prison and a $5000 fine for attempting to smuggle illegal jumping beans into the islands. Governor Lingle states that they could pose a threat to our native hawaiian reef sharks and are apocalyptically detrimental to taro farmlands"

they'd stone her for sure... but half the things on our news sounds equally stupid. you'd believe me.
