hey ... will dwarf hair grass survive grow under.... four Hagen T5 double 48" ( a total of 432 watt 
) in a 30 " high 300 gal tank ? without co2 ..... if so, what substrate should i use for bottom? are there any cheap good looking substrate or should i go with sand? .... inhabitants are gonna be pbass and dats ( think i'll be the first attemptin a lawn with those fish xD any info are appreciated
