Haitiensis - Need help with infections

2 nights ago I heard a huge splash and didn't think anything mwas wrong, but I woke up to see 2 huge cuts on his nose. Can someone recommend any meds to heal his wounds. Is it possible it's something else? Please see pics below... he is by himself in a 75 gallon tank.

Ok, first please post your water parameters ,do a 50% water change and get some aquarium salt and add it per the instructions on the box. Also raise the temp. to around 84 degrees. These things can help with a lot of issues. Good luck.
