I am pretty new to fish keeping and only have a small tropical freshwater tank (Rekord 60) but really enjoy it.

I am also new to digital photography, and it will be some time before I can bear to give up my Olympus OM4 SLR, but I have just got a Canon Powershot A510 for me to dip my toe into the digital world.... Eventually I'd like a digi SLR but prices will have to come down a bit! I also have a Nikon Coolscan that I have been using to scan in slides and film - there is still an enlarger tucked in a cupboard but it is a long time since I have done any printing.

There are a lot of excellent tips here on this forum - I am learning a lot. And FABULOUS photos, which are a real inspiration.

BTW I can't access the "articles" page now though I could up to a few days ago. Is this because I haven't posted yet? (Been lurking several weeks)

Hopefully we can help you get more than your toes wet with digital photography.

Btw, there is currently a glitch in the Articles Forum. Everyone is having a problem. It should be repaired by weeks end.

Welcome to APF. I understand your reluctance to give up your OM4. I'm still in transition from film to digital. I must say that I really enjoy the freedom that digital photography gives - but it is expensive to make the switch. I hope you'll be able to show us some photos soon.
