So I went to a reptile show yesterday to see if there was anything that I had to have. New snake or crazy spider. Nope the girlfreind had to have these little guys. Here is there new set up. air temp 80F humidity at 80%

-1st shot is the entire set up its hard to tell but we put a low flow pump in to slowly circulate water making it resemble a river bank or shoreline

-2nd shot they are still very shy either laying low in the plants or burrowing

-3rd a nice close up they are very bright in person

My only recommendation is to add live Pothos plants only if the crabs aren't known to eat vegetarian. Also lovely crabs and nice setup.

Love these crabs, my favorite crabs to keep. Do lots of research as there are many unkown factors with these guys. I kept mine with fresh and saltwater.

They're nocturnal, so don't expect much out of them.......And they'll eat anything, whether plant or animal matter......

Ya, but these guys are especially known for getting there diet completely from leaf litter off the forest floor.
