Ham and Bacon?

Too many fats for those two. I do feed slices of hotdog to my fish but only once in awhile.

Most fish have a hard time digesting mammalian proteins, as well as the fact the food is terrible for them. They don't need it, so don't feed it.

Its not even safe for humans let alone fish.

Ham, bacon and sausages contain preservatives and possibly nitrates- not good for fish (let alone us).

agreed, fresh seafoods are the way to go, especially shrimp and tilapia IMO. I've always been curious about the digestion of mammal parts, since many folks do feed beefheart occasionally

Beefheart isn't good for fish either. When do you think a fish would ever come across a cow to eat?
