(+ random tomato shots) I caught him in FL a few weeks ago on sabaki while snorkeling. He's like 4 inches long. He is a pretty cool little resident. At first he and the clown fought a decent amount but now they get along swimmingly. I have a GOM dichotomous key some.... where.... but I can't find it. Figured one of yall might know, just been referring to him as zebrabutt/patchbelly/redsquiggles hamlet.

Thanks in advance :)

Actually upon further examination I believe that he is a Zebrabuttus pseudoredsquigglesomus.

This is the best thing I have found on the web so far, it also seems to be some sort of eastern european website...and I dont think any of your fish match, but still interesting look at some of the more common, easy to ID Hypoplectrus members.
