Okay, in my salty tanks all fish love handfeeding... now in my new FW tank with a BGK, a clown loach and a convict, none of them are eating fom my hand... the clown got close but then ran away
They might eat from your hand once they get used to you. If you put your hand into the tank to hand feed them on a daily basis everyday, or attempt to, slowly they will build a trust in you. Same thing happened with my BGK and Tiretrack Eel.
It takes time. Patience is the key. Heck, it was the Siamese algae eaters that "taught" all my loaches, BGK and sevs to handfeed. And prior to that, I was trying to teach the SAEs to eat on my hands too along with other fish.
anyways thanx for the info, the BGK is getting closer to succses, the clown loach dissapeared, I thought it got eaten, but it came back (it was hiding in a ornament)
