Hang on back- over 1 gallon

Can anybody recommend an hob sump/refugium/breeder box over the 1 gallon range for under 100$? I've found one for a gallon and another for a half gallon. It doesn't have to come with pump or lights just the tank. MUST BE HANG ON BACK! IMPORTANT!!!
diy ideas? Suggestions? Could I just get a 5 gallon Tupperware container and make it hob? How do I do this?!!
