I picked up a new blood parrot the other day at my LFS. I put her in with my male ZZ not knowing it was a her. Woke up this morning to find eggs all over my overflows side wall. How do you think the fry will turn out?

there is nothing much you can expect from these hybrids ! may be some short body, some normal FH and some weird looking fish !!

can't what to see them in 2 months. But bummer wish they were on a rock so you could take it out and put in an emty tank, so you could save the all.
Wait and see what you get whatever you get you know you have one thing for sure two happy fish that get along great good luck.
Same happened to me recently. Here is the results:

The color hasn't come out in the fry yet, but the markings of it's papa are there, and as of writing this, the pearls of it's papa are starting to show now too!
