Happy Or Sad, You Tell Me?

Hello fellow MFk-ers! Giant Jardini and Shovelnose keeper as well as wanna-be Discus breeder here. To encourage the hobby I purchased a 5g starter tank for a Xmas present for my daughter. Took her to the LFS and gave her carte blanche, hehe 5g worth of course, and luckily all she wanted was fantail Guppies. Well, here it is 2 weeks later and I wake up to,"I have babies! :nilly:I have babies!:nilly:" Yes, guppies everywhere! As someone who's been trying to successfully breed Discus for years, I don't know if its a happy day or a sad one? Sure am proud of my girl though!!:grinno:

remember. theyre guppies. you could put a single female in the tank and theres a decent chance its already pregnant from a male at the lfs. lol
 
lol, true I've heard of unsuspecting people buying a few females for their tank and in about a week BAM! babies everywhere.
